This website and the Vedic AI mobile application are operated by Emerging Apps Pvt Ltd ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). Throughout the Service, the terms "Vedic AI" refer to the brand under which the Company offers this application, website, information, tools and features (together, "the Service") to you, the user ("You", "Your"), conditioned upon Your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site or using our app, You engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If You do not agree to all the terms, You may not access the Service.
By agreeing to these Terms, You represent that You are at least the age of majority in Your state or region of residence (18 years in India). You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may You, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in Your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of Your access to the Service.
Vedic AI provides astrology-based guidance generated by artificial intelligence using traditional Vedic calculation methods. The astrologer personas within the Application are AI characters, not human astrologers. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Artificial intelligence can produce incorrect or incomplete information; You must independently verify any information before relying or acting on it. Decisions You make based on the Service remain Your sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Us.
We are not responsible if information made available on this Service is not accurate, complete or current. Astrological output depends on the accuracy of the birth details You provide. The material on this Service is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this Service is at Your own risk.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The Service relies on third-party tools and services, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Google Gemini (AI processing) and Google Play services. These are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to Your use of third-party tools. Any use by You of third-party tools is entirely at Your own risk and discretion.
If You send Us ideas, suggestions or feedback, You agree that We may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish and otherwise use them in any medium without compensation to You. You are responsible for the accuracy of information You submit, including the birth details of any other person, for whom You confirm You have obtained consent.
Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Occasionally there may be information on the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information without prior notice. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service, except as required by law.
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, You are prohibited from using the Service or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal or state regulations, rules or laws; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate Your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that Your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that Your use of the Service is at Your sole risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. In no case shall Emerging Apps Pvt Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from Your use of the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Emerging Apps Pvt Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms; such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either You or Us. You may terminate at any time by notifying Us that You no longer wish to use the Service, or by deleting Your account. If in Our sole judgment You fail to comply with any term of these Terms, We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby We provide You the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to Our website. It is Your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All transactions on Vedic AI require Your explicit approval and are processed through secure, RBI/NPCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store Your UPI PIN, card details or other payment credentials.
Vedic AI may offer subscription plans, with pricing and billing cycles clearly displayed in the Application before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. If a renewal charge fails, the payment gateway may retry the charge for a limited period.
New users may be offered an introductory trial as displayed in the Application. Where a nominal verification or trial charge applies (for example ₹1), it will be shown clearly before You approve it. After the trial period ends, the selected plan is charged automatically unless You cancel beforehand.
By subscribing, You authorize recurring debits through a UPI AutoPay mandate. You can cancel the mandate at any time through Your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others) under its mandate or AutoPay section. Cancelling the mandate stops all future charges; Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except in the case of duplicate charges caused by a platform error, which will be refunded after verification. Refund claims must be raised within 30 days of the transaction with the transaction details.
The following are not eligible for refund: regular subscription charges after activation; user-initiated cancellations after a billing cycle has begun; accidental payments approved by You; partially used subscription periods; nominal verification charges; and service interruptions caused by factors beyond Our reasonable control.
Recurring subscriptions are cancelled by cancelling the UPI AutoPay mandate in Your UPI app. One-time purchases cannot be cancelled once processed.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Actual credit time may vary depending on Your bank or payment provider.
Any billing dispute must be reported within 30 days of the charge with the transaction reference, to support@askvedic.app.
All prices displayed include applicable taxes, including GST. The Company complies with applicable Indian tax regulations.
Any disputes arising out of payments or refunds fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
